Hello,
We sincerely apologize for the additional delays.
Originally we were informed that we should be good to go by March 30. One of the tasks that China Telecom was working on was a new fiber link from their core switch to our rack. Unfortunately the datacenter they lease space from (Coresite Los Angeles) did not complete the fiber run on time.
On April 5 we were informed that Coresite resolved all issues on their side, and promised to complete all work by April 9. However on April 10 they still have not completed the fiber link.
On April 11 we have escalated this issue to Coresite datacenter management and we hope for quick resolution.
Once the fiber run is complete, we will only need 24 hours to bring services back up.
Thank you very much for your patience. We are trying very hard to speed things up.
